MRS. SPORTY, under owner Stephan Rauh, supports women of all ages, with or without sports experience, in achieving their goals and desires. Thanks to the personal and competent support of the team, you can quickly and easily reach your goal.
The heart of Mrs. Sporty training is the individual support of the members, who are accompanied by qualified personal trainers on their way to their goals. The short duration of the training sessions – 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes – and the flexible start times allow you to successfully integrate the training into your everyday life.
