Edith Sandhofer from Purbach am Neusiedler See engages in various artistic mediums including painting, photography, object art, and computer art since 1986.

Depending on the theme and title of the exhibitions, different art techniques are applied and/or combined. Her training as a graphic designer at the Graphic Teaching and Research Institute in Vienna and her studies in art therapy have significantly sharpened her perception of expression.
Edith has been active in the arts since 1980 and has regularly participated in exhibitions since 1987.

In 2016, she initiated the www.Kunstkreis-Purbach.at in her hometown.

At the center of her artistic expression is the human being in their vulnerability and transience.
