Patricia Voglreiter’s identifiying features are monochromism and expressive textures.

Her monochrome art pieces represent minimalism simplicity and reduction in today’s world of overstimulation. With structures and the use of a single rich color the artist conveys movement and positive energy. Voglreiter is fascinated by the different forms of nature and architecture. By using natural materials such as sand linen cotton plaster and clay she skillfully blurs the line between sculpturing and painting.

Originally from Slovakia currently based in Salzburg, Austria, the artist discovered her passion about art from a young age as her mother worked as a textile designer.

Years of working and living with her husband who is an architect intensified her passion for sculptured design and material studies
